One problem related to structure has been reported for the 1998 Chrysler Cirrus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Design flaw--the front end is too heavy for the rear end. Causes bumpy ride while traveling at fast speeds. If weight is applied in the trunk, the ride becomes smoother.
