While in motion, tire on vehicle separated throughout causing the rim to scrap the ground while emitting sparks. (michelin mx4 195 65r15).
Consumer stated that chemical change in aluminum rims was forcing tire away from rim and there was an air leak. Consumer had to put air in tires once or twice a week. Dealership is aware of problem.
