Blower motor failed and I was unable to get heat. When inspected by automotive repair it was found that both the blower motor and resistor where burnt out. I have heard several chysler owners complain about the same thing.
My car is a recall an like to know were can I take it to get fixed.
Paint has begun to blister on hood. Rust visible on underside of hood, but hood not yet perforated. Chrysler says not covered unless metal has been perforated by rust.
Design of dashboard reflects on windshield causing distraction and poor visibility which could result in an accident.
Dealer tried to fix these defects, but could/did not?both situations are potentially dangerous! no safety defectmentioned.
I'm looking for information as to whether or not this is a recurring problem with Chrysler products. No safety defect listed .
