My front tires feel like they are going to break off the vehicle due to the lower ball joints, steering control arm, inner and outer tie rods; accelarates all by itself. Will not lock shifter with key out of ignition. Ecm is faulty because it shuts the lights off, turns engine, all lights, off . Unpredictably!seat belts do not engage when stopping. If I were to be critically injured because of malfunctioning of said vehicle? who would take responcibility of my safety and well being?this all happens while operation of vehicle. Traveling on the freeway at 55 mph. Abs malfunctions as well even when driving 15 mph.

My car will stall out in low or idol. It would just shut off. While driving and switching gears it will sound like its missing. I took it to get it smog. They said that the computer in the car was resetting every time I start the car. They also said that it was doing the same problem as the Chrysler Cirrus 1996 was doing.
My 1998 Chrysler Cirrus with only 75000 miles on it was sitting in the driveway for 5+ hours, not running (keys inside my home) and it caught on fire. The fire was deemed to be an electrical short somewhere in the drivers door panel, possible the electric mirror location switch. No accidents with this car, no modifications where done, everything is (was) stock as it rolled off the assembly line in 1998. My daughter received a slight burn putting the fire out. The car is a complete lose but did not burn completely.
Car will cut off while car is either decelerating or stationary. Oil light will come on. Periodically the check engine light will appear too but mechanic checked diagnostic computer codes nothing is wrong. Very scary experiences while driving in rush hour traffic on highway and several city streets. No prewarning lights.
