One problem related to windshield wiper/washer linkages has been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Concorde. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers stopped during rain storm while traveling at 65 mph. Wiper linkage had separated without warning due to rusting of metallic ball and wear on plastic socket in ball/socket pivot point.
