Hood Latch problems of the 1997 Chrysler Concorde

Two problems related to hood latch have been reported for the 1997 Chrysler Concorde. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Hood Latch problem

Failure Date: 01/01/2002

Consumer stated while the hood was up, it fell onto the consumer, causing an injury.

2 Hood Latch problem

Failure Date: 02/04/2001

While putting windshield washer in container hood failed stay up. Hydraulic lifter gave up, and hood fell, hit consumer in head. Then, trapping consumer's hands under hood.
