Front Seat Recliner problems of the 2002 Chrysler Concorde

This car has an ongoing recall for seat recliner bolts. I was driving and all of the sudden the seat back went flat and I fell backwards while driving. This will be the 4th time the seat belt recliner bolt broke. I believe I am due financial restitution even though I did not get injured or worse I could have killed someone at highway speeds. I was on a city street at 40mph when this happened.

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Concorde. While idling at a traffic light, the driver's seat unexpectedly reclined. The contact stated that the seat could not be raised. The contact took the vehicle to the mechanic and they stated that the cause of failure was the front seat power assembly. The mechanic repaired the vehicle. There is a recall for the front seat power assembly (NHTSA campaign id number: 03v035000). The current and failure mileages were 52,000.
