Electronic Stability Control problem #1

Tl- the contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Concorde. The contact stated that while driving at any speed, a smell of fuel was perceived. There was no warning indicators. The dealer was contacted fremont auto mall, fremont, CA, where the contact was told that there was no recall. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure,. The failure was not diagnosed. The failure mileage was 216,000. Fe.

Electronic Stability Control problem #2

The car completely lost power while on the highway. This occurred on a few occasion but this was the scariest. Losing all power I could only steer wheel and slowly move to the access road. Also there has been times where I am stuck at a location because car will not start. Battery is new so I do believe there is a manufacture malfunction and or faulty parts/components.

Electronic Stability Control problem #3

Yesterday I had to go to the hospital because the trunk lid fell on my neck when I was unloading my trunk. This car has an electrical trunk that opens and the trunk also, has a spring air rod that controls the hold of the open trunk. I know this failed because the trunk just lost its hold all of a sudden and landed on my neck. As I tried to lift it from above me (its very heavy- big trunk), my left hand index finger broke and my left arm and hand are in pain. Not to mention, the severe pain I am undergoing with my neck. I also bled a lot and immediately went to the emergency room. I believe this can be a manufacturing defect due to the excessive weight of this trunk door and the device being relied on for the control of trunk.
