One problem related to ignition module has been reported for the 2001 Chrysler LHS. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Key in ignition won't turn- locksmith says he sees a lot of new Chrysler cars with this problem. Burrs on cylinders in ignition. 1st time this happened the car was under warranty and was towed to dealership. Happened again in August 2003 and same locksmith showed us how to hit on key to get it to turn. Now have to do that each time the car is started. Needs a recall. Locksmith is kenny hammack 812-372-0309. Want dealership to correct this problem at no cost to us.
