Front Air Bag Problems of Chrysler LHS

I was involved in a three car accident. The car I was driving was a 2000 Chrysler Lhs. I t-boned a car resulting in both cars being totaled. The damage to the front of my car was extensive: hood, fenders, front end, and radiator all destroyed. Neither of the two front air bags deployed.

While driving 40 mph the driver noticed that the srs light appeared on the dashboard and remained on. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, and the mechanic determined that the front passenger air bag was defective and needed to be replaced. The chrome was peeling from the handle on the right front door and was replaced. The passenger seat air bag squib had an open fault.

While driving at 45 mph vehicle crashed into a tree. Upon impact, none of the frontal airbags deployed. Driver sustained back and neck injuries.

Seat/shoulder belt did not lock up on impact, air bags deployed, but my head still hit the windshield.

Was driving 40mph & came upon a stop light. Was waiting at stop light when vehicle suddenly accelerated. Gas pedal went to floor. Was heading towards the water. Managed to turn steering wheel. Hit the balanet head-on. Neither air bag deployed, an d brakes failed.

Consumer was aproaching a red light and there was a vehicle in front. Consumer attempted to slow down, but brakes failed to stop vehicle and rear ended vehicle in front of him. Upon impact air bags on drivers side and passengers side did not deploy. Car was totalled.

Both driver's and passenger's air bags deployed when driver applied the brakes to stop for a stop sign. After air bags deployed, the vision was impared and vehicle collided with a vehicle in front.
