Other Fuel System Problems of Chrysler LHS

I noticed a gas smell while driving and thought that since I had recently put gas into the vehicle that that was what I smelled. The smell persisted and I had the hood open and I noticed that gas was gushing out of the front middle part of the engine. My engine light had come on and it was flashing on and off so I parked it and it now sits. I rely on my car to get to work. I was told that a fire could start and I feared for my safey and others around me.

The vehicle had a recall on the fuel rail which was repaired in 1999 by previous owner. Its blowing fuel onto the motor again. The same issue . It has 130k miles on it. When our mechanic looked at it we saw it was the same issue as the previous recall. The parts places we called said they do not sell the the recall kits to take to dealership. Called dealership spoke with manager. They said the recall kits are in detroit and since the recall. L hs been repaired once it cant be repaired again. We called manufacturer. They said to go to a scrap yard to get part or call back dealership and advise them to order the kit and re do it and theres also another recall on it currently amd forbthe dealership to honor that recall also. We called back dealership and are currently waiting on a decision. They said they would get back to us today. We havent heard back. This is my only work vehicle. Noone sells the part because its a recall. It blowing fuel all over motor and im worried it will catch fire .

The car keeps on dying when I'm driving and when the car dies I lose my brakes and my power steering my mechanic told me it is a problem with my fuel rails and I have noticed it leaking gasoline once in awhile.

I bought the car in 2005 and recently the airbag light has come on and remains on and I cannot get my horn to work. I also smell gas in the winter when starting the car (have been to several places to find a leak). Visibility wipers are not working properly.

Consumer states fuel is leaking onto top of engine. Nlm the problem was supposedly corrected by a previous recall, but consumer smelled fuel and found fuel in the valley of the engine.
