Power Window problems of the 2006 Chrysler Pacifica

My 2006 Chrysler Pacifica has severe case of "wind buffering noise". Any time you roll a rear window down while driving at any speed it sounds as if there is a helicopter landing on the back seat. I notified my dealer several times and they say there isn't much they can do. It is a huge safety hazard driving down the road if you accidentally roll the window down. There is 3200 miles on the car and the dealer pretty much said OH well!.
