Air Conditioner problems of the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica

The car has had electrical issues and on 3 or 4 occasions has suddenly shut off or stopped working. One time may have been related to a car accident my husband was in. He collided with another car in 2018, immediately after the accident the car was not running, but he hadn't turned it off. It started back up again but this happened 2 or 3 times this year with different electrical features not working making the car inoperable at times. In addition, the air conditioning system has continuously been dysfunctional. We have had it to the dealership a few times for this problem. Most recently it was fixed a couple months ago and it is again not working.
