During normal driving from office to home car suddenly started stuttering and I was apply break but speeded up and showed engine light on, I was about to hit front car due to additional speed. During that time I saw few quick messages on the dashboard, the one that I can remember was related with acc. That's the dangerous situation. I looked d from obd and found that code was u0412 and reported that code to huntington beach Chrysler service station. Please keep an eye out for some similarities between others reports.
Steering wheel buttons began no working. Lights on steering wheel flicker when steering wheel turns. Randomly alerted that "adaptive cruise control is unavailable" both when the system is in use and when it is off. Forward collision warning system active breaking not working.
The electrical system for the Chrysler Pacificas are dangerous. Beyond the other dangerous recalls, my horn and cruise control no long work intermittently. I learned this while trying to warn a driver that was cutting into my lane without seeing my vehicle and I couldn’t warn them that they were about to hit me. Also cruise control stops randomly. This all started after previous recall repairs. Since I am unable to use my horn in an emergency, I am nervous that my airbag no longer functions. This is a common issue reported online.
