My uconnect radio is screen freezes and become unresponsive. Unable to turn it off or on using button on dashboard. Unable to control climate as uconnect is only display to show the temperature controls. None of the uconnect buttons on screen or on dashboard works. None of the media, audio, temperature works. This is recurring issue since I bought vehicle and I have been to dealership almost 10 times now. Kindly help.
