Consumer states vehicle was driving with a lose lug nut and a broken lug nut on the left rear wheel. Vehicle was tow to the dealer. Nlm.
I do not believe the dealers answer that bolts were loose as either I or my personal mechanic are the only parties that work on the vehicle ( wheels last removed July 01 for rotation ). Or that the vehicle hit a tremendous chuck hole . I was on a newly surface concrete road. .
