Consumer states: has problems with the rims that are chrome plated and deteriorating. Also, the valve stems are deteriorating. Goodyear claims gm is having an issue with chrome plated rims. It is causing the valve stems just to malfunction. Dealer has done one rim replacement under warranty, said it was a courtesy . Stems were leaking from corrosion of rim after rim replacement. Goodyear 59tbswas touring 205/55r16 89t.
Consumer called complaining about having a problem with the tires. Also stated that the first week that she bought the vehicle she had to take it back for service because her left front tire was low and at the dealer they plug the tire and now she is having the same problem again. Dealer was contacted and dealer and they add a plug into it and consumer has not taking the vehicle again. Vehicle carriers original equipment. Please add manufacture name, model and tire size. Ts.
