The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Pt Cruiser. After rainy weather conditions, water enters the vehicle and causes severe leakage on the floor and flooding of the fuse box. The dealer stated that the seam underneath the driver side windshield was not welded properly, allowing fluids to leak into the vehicle, in which they attempted to use the adhesive/rtv/black to repair the seam. This was done several times, but the vehicle has yet to be properly repaired. A formal complaint with the manufacturer. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 9,000 and current mileage was 51,163.
When vehicle is being driven 50 mph or faster and windows are down, rear driver and passenger side windows make a loud unusual noise, cause unknown.
