The contact owns an evenflo discovery rearfacing infant seat, model 3091892a. The seat was manufactured on November 10, 2008. The contact stated that the base of the infant seat does not properly anchor to the vehicle. The seat does not appear to be stable, which is a safety hazard in the event of a crash.
