Two problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Sebring. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1. Horn stopped working altogether - fuse checked, ok 2. Convertible top will not raise. Have had to dealer 4x previously for this. Now leaking hydraulic oil.
When trying to press on the horn about 90% of the time it does not blow, repaired three times in one year and problem still exists. Dealer contacted, and cannot duplicate the problem.
