Three problems related to power assist brake have been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Sebring. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving front lower ball joint broke,causing the wheel to come off prior to recall 97v201. Also, brake booster vacuum hose was improperly installed.
The brake vacuum hose recall is not corrected because of unavailability of parts.
Owner received recall notice, contacted dealer and was told they could not do the recall repair work until the end of the month. Recall#96v123000.
