The contact owns a 1999 Chrysler Sebring. While driving in reverse, the vehicle suddenly accelerated to an extremely high speed. The contact crashed the vehicle into the passenger side of another vehicle. A police report was not filed and there were no injuries. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The speed was unknown. The failure mileage was 155,000.
The vehicle suddenly accelerated, it went airborne and crashed into a light pole, and killed the driver.
