The contact owns a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible. While driving slightly past 30 mph, the check engine indicator illuminated on the instrument panel and the vehicle shut off. The contact waited a few minutes before restarting the vehicle and then drove to a nearby residence. The vehicle had been serviced approximately 6-7 months prior to the failure. The dealer who serviced the vehicle at the time is currently out of business. The vehicle has not been repaired and is not operating normally. The failure mileage was 103,000 and current mileage was 123,000.
