The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. While parked, the contact stated fuel was dripping from the fuel railing and he noticed a fuel smell. Also the check engine light was illuminated on the instrument panel the contact stated there was recall 03v443000 (fuel system, gasoline: delivery: fuel pump) for the 2003 model. The vehicle was not inspected or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 190,000.

Fuel Hoses Lines/piping And Fittings problem #2

: the contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle gas fumes entered the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected and gas spraying from what appeared to be a gasoline line near the gas tank was observed. The vehicle was towed to the dealership however no repairs have been made. The manufacturer was alerted.

Fuel Pump problem #3

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. The contact stated that the check engine warning light intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump was leaking. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 150,000.
