When slowing down to stop, the vehicle lunges forward. (forcefull), so much that I hit someone that was 5+ft infront of me I do not have pictures with me. But I can provide them and also the repair bill.
Backed out of a parking spot shifted into drive engine bucked twice and stalled. A few minutes later was stopped at red light, with foot on brake engine surged and car lurched forward.

Me and my kids was leaving our house and driving down the street I rode about 5miles and then my car start to swirl then it was hard for me to steer. So I got out the car and notice my front tire had went in. And I had to have a tow truck take my car back to the house. And come to find out the ball joint had broke. But before all of this I had never receive no recall to bring my car in to get this check and I'm doing research and it states that they have had a recall on this but I never receive no information. To fix this problem. This could have been the end of me and my kids lives if I had been on the highway.
I purchased this vehicle. The law enforcement has fair me. My car has been reported stolen 3 times and never made it to a data base. This vehicle is being looked for in 14 data bases in 12 country's. This car is a thousand pounds light and I would like to I ow how holds tow companies and law enforcement responsible for the faulty vehicle reports? the dealer?. Why has this car not been criminally processed.
