One problem related to cruise control has been reported for the 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When cruise control on, when you step on brake at stoplight, accelerates un- controllably. Must slam on brakes, shift to neutral, and turn ignition off. Then would accelerate again several times when trying to restart car. I think cruise control finally went off.
