Latches/locks/linkage problem #1

While stopped at a traffic light I put the car in park. When the light turned green the shift lever would not leave park. The car became an inanimate obstacle to flow of traffic through the intersection.

Latches/locks/linkage problem #2

I just bought a 2006 Sebring convertible touring edition, I had driven to work 23 freeway miles. I noticed there was a lot of wind noise with the top up. I checked to make sure it was latched properly. On the way home I had the same wind noise(it was a windy day) after 20 miles on the freeway at 65 mph in rush hour traffic, the top gave way & blew back. You can see where the latch scraped. I almost had an accident in rush hour traffic. I think their is a seal defect. The dealer claims I was at fault, and it was not latched properly. The car had been purchased 4/27/06.
