Body problems of the 2006 Chrysler Sebring

We were in a car accident and although we were hit in the front, the air bags did not deploy.

2 years ago my hood and the decorative pieces in the doors started peeling , the top coat is coming off on the entire hood, I had a body shop look at it and they stated that when it had been painted the paint had not dried before the top coat was applied.

The Sebring hit the car in front of it. Left front of Sebring hitting the right rear bumper of car in front of it. Immediately stopping the Sebring and then having it roll backwards into a ditch. Totally the Sebring. No air bags deployed. Injuries sustained because of airbags not deploying. Weather outside was below zero.

First is check engine light on. Code say misfire. Second paint is pitting and white areas appearing. Third headlights fogging up.
