My car shut down completely as I was driving, the steering wasn't working, I couldn't turn the wheels at all. 3 Service Brakes problem

Failure Date: 08/08/2014

On Aug. 8, 2014, with in minutes of exiting the 135 frwy at the lake exit in pasadina, CA. , and slowing to turn into a del taco, the breaks on our car "totally locked up!". The following day we had the car towed to alhambra Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram. I was very detailed in what happened to the service manager. The result was a new computer to monitor and administer braking instructions to the vehicle. I almost left the dealership before I noticed no mention of the incident as I had originaly described. This concerned me and I asked them if the remembered why I had the car towed in. Upon their aknowledgement, they updated my bill description to include the original reason my car was towed to their facility. I feel they were not as attentive to what could have been a terrible accident only minutes before and I have had several discussions as well as e-mail exchanges with Chrysler as a result. My ultimate feeling is they are waiting for more of these incidents to occur before they do anything about it. I am worried not only for my wife and myself, but for anyone else who may find themselves in a similar situation but with the problem of being on a freeway. Thank you.
