One problem related to front suspension lower ball joint has been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 5 mph in reverse and turning left into a parking space passenger's side front wheel separated from the suspension, and vehicle collapsed. Independent shop stated that ball joints pins were rusted and broke. There were no injuries.
