Four problems related to windshield have been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Left side sliding door window shattered outward while driving.
Due to the design of the intake, window does not clear, but freezes over during icy condition.
Front windshield was cracked due to windshield heater molding having many burn spots. The service technician stated that the vehicle could have caught on fire.
Windshield wiper work intermittent during use. When wipers are not turn on wiper would come on with out any indication. Dealer has been contacted. Please provide further information. Ts.
