Tl-the contact owns a 1998 Chrysler town and country. While driving approximately 10 mph, the front driver's side wheel completely locked in an outward direction. The vehicle was inspected underneath the hood area by another person who noticed the front strut mount fractured. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The the vehicle had not been repaired. There was a technical service bulletin under NHTSA action number 10000317 (structure:body). The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 137,000. Js.
Experiencing problem with various excessive leakages coming into vehicle due to body alignment. Dealer / manufacturer notified, and unwilling to assist in this matter. Please provide any further details on this matter.
