Four problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 1998 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Had problems with the horn and speed control worked intermittently.
Consumer states that while driving and no warning the horn will operate intermittently and the air bag light comes on and the air bag could be inoperative in the event of a vehicle accident. Dealer notified ts.
3 catastrophic ignition system failures in ~6300 miles. Engine shuts off with no warning & no system & has twice stranded driver on an interstate hghway after dark. Engine stops. Engine will not turn over after stopping. Lights, horn, etc. Are operable after failure.
