Two problems related to power steering pump have been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While in parked position with engine running, belt tensioner broke off creating a loud noise and fell to the ground.
When backing out consumer noticed vibration and loud noises coming from vehicle. Consumer contacted the dealer, dealer has linked the problem to power steering failure. Dealer has replaced the power steering pump on several occasions. Please provide any further details.
