Two problems related to seats have been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The heated seat on the driver side was heating up so hot that it would burn your bottom. Now it has seizes to work even with repairs.
The removable second seats do not have a positive locking mechanism for attaching the seats to the floor, resulting in the seat coming loose while turning corner.
