The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that the plastic seat belt cover became detached from the seat belt. In addition, the adjustable upper shoulder belt anchorage had three cracks. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 175,000.
