Head lights turn off while driving. I just guessed on the dates as it happens so frequently. They do not turn back on when I turn the switch, it takes several tries to get them back on. And many times I need to pull over and turn the car off and restart for the head lights to turn back on. This is extremely dangerous while driving 75 mph on the interstate in the blackness of night!.
