2 Power Train problem

Failure Date: 05/09/2013

The contact owns a 2004 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that the vehicle independently shifted from park and into drive, causing the vehicle to roll away and crash into a tree. There were no injuries. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to have a diagnostic performed however, a failure code was not located. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure and current mileage was 30,000.
