The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler town and country. The right passenger sliding door opened and closed randomly. The door latch has also malfunctioned. A local mechanic reset the computer and stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. She plans to have the vehicle diagnosed by an authorized dealer and notify the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 37,000 and the current mileage was 39,300.
