I had bought 2 graco nautilus snuglock 3-in-1 harness booster and I have used only one and had one in another car for my parents and the one I was using I had bought in Feb of this year and I went to take it out of the car to clean it and when I took the headrest off the styrofoam also came off. I have contacted graco and they said it's ok to use but for me I feel it's unsafe as my child has autism and she has cancer. I do have pictures if you want to see them.
