Suspension problem #1

When I drive over any type of moderate or rough terrain, my car rattles or makes a sound similar to popping popcorn.

Suspension problem #2

Front struts are noisy and mechanic says the rubber top plates are destroyed. They are only 4 years old and car only has 20,200 miles on it. I feel this is a part problem from the vendor since new, as newly purchased struts from monroe have a lifetime replacement warranty. With the mileage on the t&c being so low, and Chrysler's warranty not exceeding 3yrs/36,000miles this should not happen. The car sits in the shade because of tree cover, so heat should not be the issue. It is used as a local sedan would normally be used with very limited usage. The warranty service was pulled by Chrysler but they never detected this issue. I am a vietnam vet with hearing issues, however the front end noise has increased until I took it today to a mechanic. 1-2-18. Two struts have been quoted at $800.
