The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle the massage "blind spot service unavailable" would display and the blind spot arrow was present in the driver side mirror causing a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact indicated that the while driving in the dark the arrow created a glare in the side mirror making it difficult to view images in the mirror. Also a constant audible chime was present while operating the vehicle. In addition the backup camera was also inoperable. The cause of the failures were not yet determined.
