While driving the right front tire blewout.
Tread separation from tire traveling at 20 mph. Firestone supreme si p215/70r15.
From cold tires the vehicle traveled approximately 10 miles at varying speeds (30 - 60 mph). At that point the right rear tire blew out with two (2) vertical separations in the side wall from the bead to the tread on the outside of the tire, and the tread separated from the side wall for approximately six (6) inches on the inside of the tire. All three (3) separations were completely through the tire.
