1 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 04/30/2018

Takata recall I own a 2002 Chrysler Voyager minivan. At about 85,000 miles I noticed the airbag light on the dashboard was coming on sporadically. Eventually it started remaining on all the time from the moment I started the ignition. I took it to a local Chrysler dealer to have it inspected. They told me there was a problem with the clock spring and that it needed to be replaced and would cost me about $350. Earlier reproductions of this model have been recalled for problems with clock springs but mine is not because it was manufactured two years too late.

2 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 12/31/2010

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Voyager. The contact was attempting to change a tire when he was unable to remove the spare tire from underneath the vehicle due to excessive rust and corrosion. The failure was neither diagnosed nor repaired. The VIN was unavailable. The failure and current mileage was 110,000. Updated 02/23/lj updated 03/09/11.
