3 Automatic Transmission problem of the 2002 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 06/22/2007

Owned 2002chrysler Mini van. . Had to depress the brake extra hard for it to engage in park and if I'm in a hurry and didn't step on the brake extra hard it won't stay in park. In fact all of the letters will have squares around them indicating it's not in park. A couple of times it started moving on it's own. Luckily I was close by and corrected the problem. I have brought it to the attention of the Chrysler service person that services my car, and I'm told that's the way it is. Well I don't think so, it's very scary to think your car is in park and it isn't. I don"t know what "oem" means so I indicated no.
