The contact owns a 2002 Plymouth Voyager. The contact stated that the vehicle's locks are supposed to lock when driving over 20 mph. However, the rear driver side sliding door does not lock. The other locks function normally. The dealer stated that the cylinoid needed to be replaced, but the part is unavailable. The current mileage is 68,000 and failure mileage was 66,000.
