The office of defects investigation (odi) has received 11 complaints from vehicle owners and several early warning reporting (ewr) field reports alleging failures of the rear-view camera (rvc) in 2020 and 2021 Cadillac xt5, xt6, and GMC acadia vehicles.

2 Air bags:srs malfunction warning lamp/light defect investigations of Cadillac XT5 vehicles

The office of defects investigation (odi) has received fifteen consumer complaints on alleged air bag system malfunctions on certain general motors (gm) vehicles. Nine of the consumer complaints allege the illumination of an air bag malfunction indicator (mil).
