2 Brake master cylinder defect investigations of Mazda CX9 vehicles
This investigation was opened on Aug. 9, 2011. It was closed on Apr. 9, 2012. The office of defects investigation (odi) opened pe11-026 to investigate possible brake performance loss due to brake fluid leaking from the master cylinder into the brake booster in model year (my) 2008 Mazda cx-9 vehicles.

3 Air bags roll protection defect investigations of Mazda CX9 vehicles
The office of defects investigation (odi) has received two complaints (voqs) and additional early warning report (ewr) data alleging non-crash, inadvertent, simultaneous deployment of the left and right curtain side air bags. All incidents occurred while the vehicle was in motion.
