Dealers will check the tensioner installed and replace it if the vehicle is equipped with the affected tensioner.

Owner notification began September 28, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Mazda at 1-000-222-5500.
