Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: passenger vehicles equipped with rear drum brakes. The bolt head(s) on the rear spindle rod can separate.
How to Fix:
Dealers will replace the rear spindle bolts.

Owner notification began June 23, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Buick at 1-800-521-7300 or Chevrolet at 1-800-222-1020.
